This is an Op-ed re the actual study just published in Nature ($$ for full article nature.com/news/2008/080613/full/news.2008.889.html). The headline is slightly misleading because the study states not just bumper stickers, but overall vehicle customization (special paint jobs, stereo systems, etc) is linked to road rage and aggressive behavior.

When we read that the Seattle Times had a large feature on the top paid CEOs in the Pacific Northwest, we wondered what the point was. Everyone knows Bill Gates, Paul Allen, and Jeff Bezos—all local CEOs—are richer than God. And it turns out everyone, this Seattlest included, is wrong.
