Tootsie director Sydney Pollack dies The man behind the camera of classic American films including Tootsie and Out of Africa, Sydney Pollack, died of cancer at his Pacific Palisades home on Monday. Ian McKellen and Gene Robinson to talk gays and religion at London festival London's Literature Festival will feature an appearance by the only openly gay bishop in the Anglican communion, it has been revealed. Gene Robinson, Bishop of New Hampshire, will be at the festival in July. Army
